Booking Policies
24-Hour Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Deposits
Some services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your service total.
Arriving Late
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
New Clients
First-time clients are welcome to reach out via Instagram or phone before booking to discuss their needs and expectations.
