Cancellation Policy
Because our appointment times are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the service cost.
We understand that emergencies can happen and will review such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or limited booking privileges.

Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your information is stored securely in accordance with Phorest’s privacy and security standards.
As outlined in our cancellation policy, charges will only apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
All gift cards and service packages are non-refundable.
All services are non-refundable once completed.
Results can vary from person to person, so we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Should you wish to further enhance your results, any additional appointments will be charged accordingly.
