 Cancellation, Deposit & Payment Policy

Because our appointment times are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your information is stored securely in accordance with Phorest’s privacy and security standards. A 50% deposit will be collected at the time of booking and applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the 50% deposit being retained, which represents 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will have the deposit refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

We understand that emergencies can happen and will review such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or limited booking privileges.

Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

 Gift Card Policy
Gift cards must be presented at the time of checkout, either as a physical card or a digital copy (screenshot). Gift cards cannot be redeemed without proof of purchase. 

All gift cards and service packages are non-refundable.

All services are non-refundable once completed. 

Results can vary from person to person, so we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Should you wish to further enhance your results, any additional appointments will be charged accordingly.
