A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time.
To receive your deposit back, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled party.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable, and the full deposit will be forfeited.
Date changes may be accommodated based on availability, but must also be requested 14 days or more before the event.
In the case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, management may provide alternative options at their discretion.
