• Not recently tanned
• Not pregnant
• No history of light-triggered seizures
• No recurrent cold sores or active skin infection
• No implanted medical devices
• No history of strong sensitivity or allergy to light (photosensitivity)

As the new collagen is generated, lines and wrinkles are decreased. Additionally, years of sun exposure can cause discoloration, large pores and pigmented or red areas on the skin. Laser skin rejuvenation is a gradual process. Usually patients need 4–6 treatments spaced at 4 weeks apart. Although amazing results can be seen after just 1 treatment.

No specific care is needed after treatment, although you will be asked to avoid sun and some skin products for a period of time after the treatment.
